•           We are an independent law firm founded in 1996 by Fabienne Havet.

         She worked previously for more than 10 years as the in-house legal manager for a number of

         prestigious international companies including

  
        Christian Dior, Rochas, Groupe Express-Roularta and TNT Express.

 

        We specialise in

       ii)                    general business law.

 

       We provide full legal services, up to long-term corporate legal services to

       small and medium size companies operating in whatever business field,

       even though we have an extensive knowledge of

       media, luxury goods, fashion , communication and publishing sectors.  

 

       We also offer expertise in employment law and transportation law.

 

       Our services range from legal advice and negotiation to handling court proceedings.
